At the October 2025 meeting, AF’s Board of Directors approved phased changes to the filing fee schedule to support efforts with advanced technology and data-dependent strategy. 

Beginning July 1, 2026, the fee for arbitration filings will increase $8 per filing for members. Subsequently, in January 2027, the fee will further increase $10 per filing for members. 

The new fee schedule is available on AF’s website. 

We are pleased to continue providing some products and services like E-Subro Hub and training to our members at no cost.
